Delivery was slower than expected, but that was down to the Christmas rush and customs delays. When I contacted Svenja, she was incredibly helpful and didn't hesitate to help me out. Would definitely buy from her again!

Frequently asked questions
What are the shipping options? Can orders be tracked?
All items are sent to the address provided on the order. If the address is incorrect, please get in touch as soon as possible to cancel and re-order. Orders can't be cancelled once they've been sent.
All orders to the US and Canada are tracked and may require a signature. Standard post items everywhere else are NOT trackable. I am not responsible for delayed, lost, or undelivered packages, nor for packages that are stolen after delivery. Please make sure your address is a safe location for packages to be delivered.
If you want to be able to track your order, please make sure to select that option during checkout! If you do, you'll receive a tracking code and the order may need to be signed for on arrival. It will also be insured.
How long will it take to get there?
Within Europe, average shipping time is 5-7 working days, though it can take up to a month, in rare cases even longer. Outside of Europe, average shipping time is 2 weeks, though it's not rare for it to take a month or more depending on customs, postal service delays, etc.
I aim to dispatch all orders within a few days days. If there's a delay for any reason, I'll be in touch! Any order placed after 9pm GMT likely won't be processed before the following day, and shipped the day after that. Orders placed after 9pm Thursday will likely be shipped the following Monday.
I don't guarantee any specific delivery dates. If you need your order by a specific date, please be sure to let me know in advance, and we can try to work something out.
How are items shipped?
I try to re-use or recycle packaging whenever possible to reduce the impact on the environment and keep packaging costs as low as possible. Most standard-post items will be sent in a paper envelope, supported by cardboard. A packaging upgrade in the form of a padded envelope is available; this is standard for large (A4) art prints.
Can you make custom prints or bookmarks?
I can only sell bookmarks and prints of my own art. If I haven't drawn it, I can't sell it. If I have drawn it, but don't currently offer it as a print or bookmark, I might be able to get it in stock - please get in touch!

Additional delivery info for international customers
If your order is delayed, it's often possible for the postal service to track it down. Standard post orders have a label number attached, which the post can use to track down your order in their system; please get in touch if you'd like me to find your label number for you. International orders, especially to the US, can sometimes get held up in customs or in the postal system, so there may be delays occasionally.
How do returns work?
If you have changed your mind about wanting your order, you can return it for a refund for the cost of the item. Please notify me that you want to return your order before you send it back. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, and in their original condition. If they are not returned in their original condition, the loss in value may be taken out of your refund. I do not cover return postage costs.
If a package is returned to me by the post because it was not picked up by the recipient or the address given was wrong, I will refund the cost of the item(s) only if you reach out to me about it, or re-send it if you pay for postage again.
What if an order arrives damaged or is not as described?
Please get in touch! I do my best to make sure that my descriptions and titles are accurate and that product pictures represent the items accurately, but in the event of a mix-up, I'll refund the order or replace it free of charge. If an item arrives damaged, please contact me and I will look into it.
